Baking is therapeutic and fun. There are many positives when you bake from scratch. For starters you control the ingredients and process. Which means your baked goods can be free of additives and you’re able to add less sugar than the store-bought equivalent.
We believe that cakes and desserts created in your kitchen is the best way to make delicious tasting treats for family and friends. To make this possible I provide you sure fire recipes with great tips and techniques.

Buttercream Basics

Good buttercream should ideally be stable, able to hold up, super smooth, non-gritty, not cloyingly sweet and easy to decorate with.
